You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards</li>\n <li>Prior Title Examination/Search Experience</li>\n <li>The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to work in multiple systems at once</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Title Issues/Legal Description issues</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Review real estate title reports pursuant to company guidelines for approval or rejection</li>\n <li>Research and resolve discrepancies</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate individual records and logs</li>\n <li>Review all documentation for accuracy</li>\n <li>Knowledge of State and Client Requirements.</li>\n <li>Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Address inquiries from clients and internal staff in a professional and timely manner</li>\n <li>Review work-in-progress reports to ensure completion</li>\n <li>Maintain open communication with other team members and team leader</li>\n <li>Monoitor and process all order types and folders for the Default Underwriting department</li>\n <li>Follow up on rejected files</li>\n <li>Proficient with ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines</li>\n <li>Adhere to company policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management</li>\n <li>Perform all other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>Typing/Data Entry skills, minimum 55 wpm with 95% accuracy</li>\n <li>Prior Title Examination/Search Experience</li>\n <li>Proficiency with personal computers</li>\n <li>Knowledge of real estate terminology</li>\n <li>Possess good communication customer skills</li>\n</ul>",
