This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are looking for a self-learner with initiative and strong problem-solving skills who is looking to grow as our CDC expands. Performance in this role is evaluated using key warehouse KPIs, fill rate, packed lines per hour, scan compliance, and order accuracy; helping ensure efficient operations and dependable service to our branches.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately audit and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)</li><li>Read and interpret hand scanning devices, tablets, pick lists, order sheets and product codes, among other operational data</li><li>Verify, stage and organize selected items for shipment</li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks (training provided, but prior training is preferred)</li><li>Ensure order accuracy and inspect items for damage or discrepancies</li><li>Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li><li>Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures</li><li>Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals</li></ul>",
