Managed by Montage International,&nbsp;Spanish&nbsp;Peaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 40 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, MT.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">The <em><strong>Comfort Station Attendant</strong></em> will prepare, maintain, and serve beverages from the beverage cart for members and guests on the golf course as well as maintain cleanliness in the comfort stations in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner while offering detail-oriented, personalized service.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Assure beverage cart is fully operational before starting rounds on the course</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain a clean and tidy working area; clean the comfort stations and beverage cart throughout the day</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Maintain and exhibit knowledge of proper golf course etiquette</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Present a professional demeanor at all times, staying calm and collected while busy, and successfully multi-tasking to provide efficient service</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Accurately serve food and mix or open beverages for members and guests in a friendly and efficient manner while on the course</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Assure work area is stocked at all times and left at the end of the day as per the closing checklist</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Utilizes point of sales (POS) system to properly charge members, run end of the day reports, and submit the appropriate paperwork to management</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Provide friendly and attentive service to our members and guests, making them feel welcome, important, and relaxed</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Perform other duties as assigned by the management team</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">High school diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must be minimum age, 18 years old, to serve alcohol according to Montana law</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and Montage policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Knowledge of safe food and beverage standard operating procedures</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to operate all equipment related to the beverage cart and comfort stations</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment (i.e. cutlery used to cut fruit)</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to follow oral and written instructions; comprehend instructions given in English</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to take notes and ask questions</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, sometimes in inclement weather</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Must be dependable and available to work on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">General knowledge of the game of golf and courses, preferred</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Previous experience in the hospitality industry, clubs/hotels/restaurants</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;\">Ability to safely operate the beverage golf cart</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\"><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Most tasks are performed outdoors in variable weather conditions, including hot, cold, windy, and wet weather. Temperature can be extreme but is usually moderate.
