The IT Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for developing system documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, process flows, use cases, system Integration flows, data flows, project plans, user manuals, and training procedures. Escalates issues as appropriate.</li>\n<li>Serve as a lead one or more moderately complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business.</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain liaison relationships with business and IT to provide effective solutions.</li>\n<li>Lead the assessment of business needs a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes).</li>\n<li>Lead development and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions.</li>\n<li>Provide suggestions from a business and IT perspective.</li>\n<li>Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.</li>\n<li>Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for evaluation by appropriate users and managers.</li>\n<li>Ensure UAT strategies involve appropriate integration and process components.</li>\n<li>Investigate problems and resolves working in conjunction with technical teams.</li>\n<li>May manage stakeholder expectations and analyze performance metrics to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.</li>\n<li>May generate appropriate communication, process, and plans for mitigating the disruption of change.</li>\n<li>Participate in IT solution deployment activities. Ensures IT solutions meet business needs.</li>\n<li>Coach and transfer knowledge to less experienced Team Members.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Requirements  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires five plus (5+) years of relevant technical systems analyst or business work experience\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures</li>\n   <li>Experience developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements</li>\n   <li>Experience developing User (stakeholder) requirements - are a very important part of the deliverables, the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted</li>\n   <li>Experience developing Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements - are requirements that do not perform a specific function for the business requirement but are needed to support the functionality. For example: performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability</li>\n   <li>Experience developing Performance Report - define the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners, and runtime parameters</li>\n   <li>Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix - a cross matrix for recording the requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process</li>\n   <li>Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis</li>\n   <li>Experience creating workflows and developing graphic representations of complex business processes</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related program from an accredited institution required</li>\n <li>IIBA, CBAP Preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a valid California Driver's License</li>\n <li>Understanding of SDLC and various methodologies</li>\n <li>Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of project management principles and practices</li>\n <li>Understanding of how to interpret needs of stakeholders correctly</li>\n <li>Requires technical, analytical, and process skills</li>\n <li>Requires interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft PC desktop applications including Excel, Word, MS Project, and Visio</li>\n <li>Clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions</li>\n <li>Prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives</li>\n <li>Work effectively on a high-performing team</li>\n <li>Adapt in a dynamic environment through maintaining resiliency</li>\n <li>Present issues and challenges to leads and managers</li>\n <li>Work with a team of professionals from various disciplines</li>\n <li>Makes necessary adjustments to work shift ensure completion of projects and to meet deadlines, e.g., system releases, critical milestones</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and apply <u>TODAY</u>!</strong></p>\n<h2>Work Model Location</h2>\n<p>This position is on a hybrid work schedule.
