This role owns platform and product strategy focused on improving existing offerings and scaling the platform to support future growth and new verticals. The Director of Product coaches and manages a team of product managers while ensuring strong product craft, clear prioritization, and fast execution.&nbsp;</p><p><br>We are seeking a Director of Product to connect company strategy to shipped outcomes by aligning engineering, design, and business stakeholders around high-impact initiatives. This position plays a key role in supporting our product lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.</p><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Leads, mentors, and manages a team of product managers while setting the standard for product craft and decision-making</li><li>Owns and drives product and platform strategy for Digital Pharmacy Systems (DPS) and Gastro (GAS) offerings</li><li>Translates company and product strategy into roadmap priorities and measurable product outcomes</li><li>Prioritizes initiatives and makes clear trade-off decisions aligned with business goals and technical capacity</li><li>Partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions</li><li>Removes blockers and ensures rapid execution while maintaining product quality and reliability</li><li>Promotes AI-native product development practices in discovery, tooling, and delivery</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>:&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) (Required)</li><li>MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred)</li><li>Product management training or certification (Preferred)</li><li><strong>Licensure/Certification</strong>: None</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>:&nbsp;</li><li>8+ years of product management experience (Required)</li><li>Demonstrated leadership of product managers (5+ direct reports) or equivalent leadership responsibility (Required)</li><li>Experience improving and scaling existing digital products or platforms (Required)</li><li>Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through product initiatives (Required)</li><li>Healthcare technology or digital pharmacy experience (Preferred)</li><li>Platform product leadership in a high-growth or scaling company (Preferred)</li><li>Experience implementing AI-enabled product workflows (Preferred)</li><li><strong>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of product management frameworks and best practices, platform and systems product development, product lifecycle management and roadmap planning, healthcare technology or healthcare-adjacent industry concepts, data-informed product decision-making (Required)</li><li>Knowledge of digital pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance and regulatory environments, gastroenterology or procedure-prep product workflows and AI-enabled product development practices (Preferred)</li><li>Product strategy development skills (Required)</li><li>Product prioritization and trade-off decision-making skills (Required)</li><li>Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment skills (Required)&nbsp;</li><li>Team leadership and coaching skills (Required)</li><li>Data-driven decision-making skills (Required)</li><li>Platform product architecture thinking skills (Preferred)</li><li>AI-assisted product discovery and development workflows skills (Preferred)</li><li>Scaling high-growth digital platforms skills (Preferred)</li><li>Ability to lead and mentor product managers effectively (Required)</li><li>Ability to translate strategic vision into tactical execution (Required)</li><li>Ability to communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly (Required)</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (Required)</li><li>Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and terminology (Preferred)</li><li>Ability to identify platform opportunities across multiple product verticals (Preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Location</strong>: Remote</li><li><strong>Schedule</strong>: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday with night and weekend hours on occasion as determined by the needs of the business and cross-facility travel as needed.</li><li>Regular meetings with Operational Excellence, Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Support, Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Inventory Planning, Compliance, Data &amp; Insights and Program Director teams.
