    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.28.20/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\">The barback assists the bartenders and other bar staff by ensuring the bar is properly stocked, frozen daiquiri machines are filled with product and clean at all times.</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>&bull;Keep machines filled with product and the product in the machine hopper stirred</p><p>&bull;Work to restock glassware/plasticware and maintain bar supplies throughout the course of the shift</p><p>&bull;Change kegs when required</p><p>&bull;Make trips to the storage area to keep alcohol supplies stocked throughout the course of the shift</p><p>&bull;Pick up empty glasses, plastic cups and bottles from the bar and tables in the bar area</p><p>&bull;Empty trash as necessary</p><p>&bull;Wipe down bar tops and tables as necessary</p><p>&bull;Re-stock garnishes and bar mixes</p><p>&bull;Ensure there is enough clean glassware/plasticware for bartenders</p><p>&bull;Re-stock ice as needed</p><p>&bull;Maintain a clean work station and clean bar towels in each bartenders station</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:</p><p>&bull;Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with co-workers and guests</p><p>&bull;Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture</p><p>&bull;Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize</p><p>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:</p><p>&bull;Must be at least 18 years of age</p><p>ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:</p><p>&bull;Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of (15) hours a week</p><p>&bull;Ability to stand/walk for 2-6 hours per day</p><p>&bull;Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</p><p>&bull;Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry</p><p>&bull;Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors</p><p>&bull;Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic</p><p>&bull;Work environment: exposure to food, liquor, mixing devices, drink machines, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floors</p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
