We work proactively in partnership with Sales, Client Services and Compliance teams to ensure transparency around our processes and promote efficient and smooth end-to-end onboarding of prospective clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform due diligence on new account applications and documents as part of the client onboarding process to ensure the information is verified and compliant.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of onboarding practices and regulations pertaining to AML & KYC, may be required to perform KYC related regulatory and reporting tasks</li>\n <li>Experience in processing corporate applications and corporate structures will be an advantage</li>\n <li>Support timely and accurate account processing by working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and open new accounts in accordance with our service levels.</li>\n <li>Ability to build relationships interacting effectively with key internal and external clients.</li>\n <li>Identify gaps in required client documentation to approve new accounts.</li>\n <li>Keep team management informed of processing issues and red flags.</li>\n <li>Help with internal projects or other individual tasks as delegated.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Fluency in Mandarin required</strong> </li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work between 8:00am - 6:00 p.m. ET </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work in office 4 days a week in office (1 day remote optional)</strong></li>\n <li>Previous experience in KYC with AML knowledge</li>\n <li>Familiarity in Microsoft Windows and related applications</li>\n <li>Must be determined, passionate and adaptable.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively work among a solution driven team.</li>\n <li>Proven organizational and prioritization skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and be a proactive team player.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Familiarity in Microsoft Windows and related applications.</li>\n <li>Fluent in English and Mandarin. </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This hybrid role in Warren, New Jersey offers compensation typical for entry-level positions in the region.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hiring Salary $21/hr (~$45,000 annually) (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.  </p>",
