What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity) Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities aligned with strategic and mission-driven goals Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessments across various sectors Partner with portfolio companies to drive strategic growth and value creation Build and nurture authentic relationships with founders, management teams, and co-investors Collaborate with investment committees and leadership teams to shape portfolio strategy Integrate inner work values such as discernment, presence, and long-term stewardship into investment approaches Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust Who You Are 3–10+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or related fields Strong financial, strategic, and operational acumen with a founder- and operator-friendly mindset Skilled at navigating uncertainty and making principled, informed investment decisions Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about aligning capital with positive impact Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development Bonus Points Prior experience at mission-driven investment firms or impact-focused funds Operator experience at high-growth companies Deep networks in values-aligned or emerging sectors (e.g., climate, health, education, consciousness-related innovation) Why Apply?
