Follow and enforce BlackWing Elite Builders policies and procedures.</p><p>2. Be present on jobsite to assist subcontractors&nbsp;</p><p>3. Redline construction documents as the project progresses.</p><p>4. Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards as well as state construction regulations.&nbsp;</p><p>5. Maintain safety logs while documenting necessary corrective action throughout the project.&nbsp;</p><p>6. Work with utility companies, vendors, and inspectors as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>7. Maintain jobsite cleanliness routinely.&nbsp;</p><p>8. Assist with finishing work.&nbsp;</p><p>9. Provide progress reports continuously to Project Manager.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Construction Supervisor coordinates projects by planning, organizing, and controlling each project, completing quality inspections, and supervising sub-contractors and staff. This position also works closely with the Owners.&nbsp;</p><p>People that are successful in this position have:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Previous proven experience of construction management experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven knowledge of OSHA safety standards and willingness to implement.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven knowledge of construction regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to work cohesively with vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and the owner.</li><li>A drive to be successful.</li><li>Pristine attention to detail.</li><li>Must be punctual and dependable.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>We E-Verify!!&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 + bonus potential&nbsp;</p>",
