We provide a range of outpatient ambulatory surgical procedures at MHC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) procedures and provide high-quality care to patients as they recover from surgery. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule with no weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor patients’ vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall health post-surgery.</li>\n<li>Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.</li>\n<li>Provide patient education and emotional support to both patients and their families.</li>\n<li>Assess patients’ condition and respond to changes in vital signs or surgical complications.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.</li>\n<li>Prepare patients for discharge by providing post-operative instructions and follow-up care information.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in a surgical or PACU setting required.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of PACU procedures and post-operative care protocols.</li>\n<li>Excellent critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.</li>\n<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li>\n<li>Experience in handling post-surgical complications and emergency situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible work schedule: Enjoy 2-3 days per week with no weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts.
