Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order-related inquiries via email or CRM.</li>\n <li>Create, process, and manage customer orders accurately in SAP ERP.</li>\n <li>Manage order modifications, shipping updates, and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery tracking.</li>\n <li>Analyze the backlog orders and fulfil the orders by cross shipping.</li>\n <li>Reach out to internal stakeholders to fix the order blocks & handle returns and process credit/debit notes or billing corrections as necessary.</li>\n <li>Analyze the warranty claims to approve or decline basis standard operating procedure.</li>\n <li>Share periodic reports with the stakeholders on Open orders & Warranty claims etc. as required.</li>\n <li>Ensure accuracy and completeness in all transactions and documentation.</li>\n <li>Proactively identify and implement process improvements in the order management workflow.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>4 to 6 years</strong> of experience in Order Management or related roles.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge on <strong>MS suite</strong> (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.</li>\n</ul>",
