    "description": "<p><span>We are looking for an exceptional Product Owner who can focus on player engagement products to enhance retention, reactivation and conversion strategy (B2C). As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical development team. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about creating products and new features that will propel the business forward and exceed user expectations.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>In the Player Engagement department, we deploy a variety of technologies to automate user flows to improve player experience. Your main duty will be supporting the CRM team to make sure they are making the most use of the Player Engagement tools including Casino, Sportsbook Bonus Engine, Automated CRM tools, and Gamification while building additional capabilities for enhanced player experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop and implement strategies to enhance player conversion, retention, and reactivation, maximizing player lifetime value across the brand portfolio.</span></li>\n<li><span>Own and manage the roadmap for Casino and Player Engagement products, including Promotion tools, Bonus engine, Automation products, and Gamification products, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to prioritize tasks, define epics and user stories, and focus on delivering the highest-value features.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a transparent and well-communicated product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.</span></li>\n<li><span>Establish and oversee development goals, ensuring continuous improvement in team capabilities over time.</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead agile product development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product releases.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and innovative tools that enhance automation throughout the player journey.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Player Engagement and Casino products, leveraging customer data to identify trends and areas for optimization.</span></li>\n<li><span>Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Conversion, Retention, Reactivation, and Bonuses, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience within Player Engagement, CRM, or Product Management in the iGaming industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of Casino and Sportsbook player behaviors, bonus mechanics, and gamification strategies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Customer Retention Expertise – Extensive experience with customer retention tools, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful initiatives to enhance player engagement and experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Product Management Proficiency – Strong ability to manage and oversee complex products, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bonuses &amp; Automation Knowledge – Demonstrated expertise in bonuses, automation, and player engagement strategies, preferably within the iGaming industry or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Creative &amp; Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop innovative solutions and think strategically to optimize player engagement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align multiple teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Regulatory &amp; Compliance Understanding – Familiarity with iGaming regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leadership &amp; Team Management – Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and providing strategic direction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Multitasking &amp; Problem-Solving Ability – Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while identifying new approaches to solve challenges effectively</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Offer:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary synonymous with skills and experience</li>\n<li>Performance and bonus structure dependent on achievement of set targets and personal performance<br></li>\n<li>Consultancy contract within EU on a full time basis with 25 days PTO</li>\n<li>or employment contract if you are based in London, Sofia, Budapest or Malta<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
