This work demands good hand-eye coordination and upper extremity motor skills and may require the use of some or all body parts and muscle groups.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&bull; Supports Allen Harim&rsquo;s mission, vision and values</p><p>&bull;Must be able to continuous standing for long periods of time</p><p>&bull; Employee must be able to work in cold and hot environments of varying degrees.</p><p>&bull; Responsible for carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling product or objects varying from 2 ounces to 40 pounds.</p><p>&bull; Responsible for wearing, using and maintaining personal protective equipment</p><p>&bull; Must be able to continuously extend, flex and grasp using hands and arms</p><p>&bull; Employee must be able to maintain a variety of repetitive hand and arm movements</p><p>&bull; Responsible for ensuring the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment</p><p>&bull; Ability to communicate effectively and follow instruction in verbal and written form</p><p>&bull; Other duties as assigned</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>To Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
