Shift hours are Monday through Friday. Hours M-Th are 3:45pm to 3:15am and Friday hours are 3:45pm to 8:45pm</u></strong></p><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate between Veritas Steel Production and DOT Inspectors to ensure DOT witnessing of production operations and QC hold points are being completed.&nbsp;</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform visual inspection of material as required. &nbsp;</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform layout checks as needed.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform rotational capacity tests on bolts prior to use in shop.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work with outside inspectors to resolve quality issues on the floor.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Monitor welder qualification tests.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Monitor and record welding parameters to insure compliance to approved WPS.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Be able to read and understand the Welding code and Specifications.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform Dimensional checks on lay downs and shop assemblies. &nbsp;Use Total Station as needed.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop improvements in the quality control process to facilitate flow of work through shop.</div><div><br></div><div>Primary Responsibilities: How will you accomplish the Objectives?</div><div><br></div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform in a manner that will assure quality work flowing through the shop.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work with welders and leadmen to maintain quality.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Be available, by use of a radio, etc. to perform needed checks.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain a log of work done, and complete required reports.</div><div>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
