    "description": "<h2>Job Details</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health Dayton l Dayton l Part-time l Days</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Requirements</h2>\n<p>The LPN performs a wide variety of patient care duties in preparation for the physician consultation. Physician assistance in delivery of special patient needs and procedures, including minor surgery.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The LPN is responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Takes blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration</li>\n <li>Assists patients any time need is apparent or as directed by physician</li>\n <li>Keeps medical records in accordance to procedures and forms</li>\n <li>Keeps rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies</li>\n <li>Prepares sterilization as required</li>\n <li>Any other duties relating to the business operation of the medical practice that may be assigned by the physician(s) or practice office manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completed accredited program that meets nationally accepted standards</li>\n <li>Current LPN license in the State of Ohio</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification</li>\n <li>Experience in medical environment</li>\n <li>Willingness to accept orders and perform repetitive tasks</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate and relate well with office staff, ancillary departments and public, follow direction, accept orders and perform repetitive tasks, be patient, courteous and tactful.</li>\n <li>Able to work under time constraints, multi-task, and work autonomously with little direction.</li>\n <li>Must be able to maintain confidentiality</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em> -Position requires you to be on call during the week and every 3rd weekend. </em></p>\n<p><em>-Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital </em></p>\n<p><em>-Looking for someone who can be flexible in scheduling (some weeks 3 days while others may need 4 days)</em></p>\n<p><em>-Will be trained in areas of the unit including pre op, post op, GI tech and scope washing</em></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 14 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio.
