We are hiring an Assistant Carpenter ready to grow under experienced craftsmen and contribute to work that ends up in some of the most recognized spaces in the country.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What you will do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Support fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry, furniture, and trim</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Cut, sand, laminate, and prep materials including wood, metal, and acrylic</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Help installation teams stage materials, tools, and job site protection</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Maintain a clean, organized shop and properly cared-for tools</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Read work orders and shop drawings under supervisor guidance</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What you bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• 1 to 2 years in carpentry, construction, or millwork preferred</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Foundational woodworking and measurement skills</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Valid driver's license, willingness to learn, ability to pass a drug test</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• High school diploma or equivalent</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Hourly, non-exempt.
