This face-to-face role involves delivering high-quality teaching, supporting students in their academic journey, and contributing to programme development and quality enhancement.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with module specifications.</p></li><li><p>Develop and update teaching materials and maintain digital learning resources.</p></li><li><p>Set, mark, and moderate assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.</p></li><li><p>Act as a Personal Academic Tutor, offering group and one-to-one academic support.</p></li><li><p>Monitor student engagement, progression, and wellbeing, referring to support services when needed.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to quality assurance processes, including unit evaluations and programme reviews.</p></li><li><p>Engage in scholarship to maintain subject expertise.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with colleagues and support teaching delivery as needed.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Master&#8217;s degree in a relevant subject.</p></li><li><p>Experience in higher education teaching and curriculum delivery.</p></li><li><p>Strong digital capability and experience with technology-enhanced learning.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and support student success.</p></li><li><p>Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and institutional values.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Desirable</strong></h3><ul><li><p>PhD or willingness to work towards one.</p></li><li><p>Experience in research, quality assurance, or academic leadership.</p></li><li><p>Membership of relevant professional bodies.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Additional Information</strong></h3><p>This is a fully on-campus teaching role based in Mumbai. Some evening or weekend teaching may be required.
