If you want to be a part of our success, while increasing your skills, this is the place for you!&nbsp;</p><p>The CNC Machinist and Saw Operator has the responsibility for cutting and inventorying all bar stock as required, as well as running programs for CNC milling machines.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Operate all model horizontal band saws.&nbsp;</p><p>· Receive incoming material and put it away in proper stock location.</p><p>· Cut and deliver raw material to work centers per work order instructions.</p><p>· Maintain inventory of raw material; work with purchasing department on items requiring reorder.</p><ul><li>Operate late model CNC milling &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;centers</li><li>Monitor machines during operation &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;vibration and adjust machines to compensate as needed</li><li>Stop machines to remove finished &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;pieces, to change tooling, for setup, or for piece placement according to &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;required machining sequences</li><li>Measure dimensions of finished &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;pieces using precision measuring instruments, templates and fixtures to &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;ensure conformance to specifications</li><li>Remove and replace dull or broken &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;cutting tools</li></ul><p>· Maintain a clean &amp; organized work area.</p><p>· Assist in other areas as needed.</p>",
