    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>The Role</span></span><br><span>Bessie is looking for a natural born leader who loves serving customers, and will set the standard for the rest of the floor team. You'll have a track record of hosting customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent service, and are knowledgeable on the food, wine, and cocktails we serve.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>We are looking for a Front of House superstars to work approximately 10 - 15 hours per week, weekends essential.
