  "BriefDescription": "We are currently looking for a Maintenance and Engineering Manager to be based out of Kokomo, IN Reporting to the Plant Manager. This person will be responsible for managing and facilitating the engineering & maintenance needs for the entire Kokomo plant. This includes all capital and process engineering projects, maintenance excellence, and parts/building/PIT management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering in the related field and 10 years’ experience in mechanical or electrical engineering. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a requirement.",
