We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and professional positions across the U.S. You’ll build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and close partnership with hiring leaders.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\n <br>\n <br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and relationship-building.</li>\n  <li>Partner closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.</li>\n  <li>Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout all stages.</li>\n  <li>Support full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.</li>\n  <li>Support university and early-career hiring efforts, including travel to campus events and hiring coordination of internship programs.</li>\n  <li>Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to maintain accurate records, track progress, and support reporting needs.</li>\n  <li>Support employer branding initiatives and represent MAPEI at recruiting events as needed.</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition on process improvements, recruiting optimization projects, and special initiatives.</li>\n  <li>Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.</li>\n  <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n  <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li>\n  <li>2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience; corporate or early-career recruiting experience preferred.</li>\n  <li>Experience with applicant tracking systems (Oracle HCM preferred).</li>\n  <li>Familiarity with key recruiting platforms, including Indeed Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.</li>\n  <li>Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to attract diverse, qualified talent.</li>\n  <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management abilities.</li>\n  <li>Ability to travel for university recruiting events.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong><u>What’s in it for you</u></strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>In this role you will earn a competitive annual base salary based on your experience and qualifications.</li>\n  <li>This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.</li>\n  <li>FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE for our employees or the option of a highly competitive medical plan with minimal monthly employee contributions.</li>\n  <li>17 Days of paid, sick and vacation time annually (days are prorated in year one).</li>\n  <li>401K retirement with up to 6% matching program.</li>\n  <li>Excellent dental, vision programs, flex spending accounts, employer paid life insurance and free tele-med physician services.</li>\n  <li>Various other company employee-centric perks initiatives; tuition reimbursement programs, discounted home/auto insurance programs, supplemental life insurance, and more.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran (M/F/D/V)\n</div>\n<div>\n MAPEIHP1\n</div>",
