If you’re ready for your work to matter, we’re ready to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p>We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with a <strong>Shop Coordinator </strong>to support our Maintenance team. <strong>This role is located at our facility in Sherwood Park, AB</strong> and responsible for mechanical readiness of the RTI Mechanical Equipment. This position will help to ensure that all RTI Mechanical Rental Equipment maintenance is completed in a safe and efficient manner. All Mechanical Rental Equipment in the assigned market must be safe, reliable, and ready for use. Role emphasis will reside in three primary areas: <u>Daily:</u> Helping determine the prioritization of work being conducted at work center(s) with oversight of process discipline. <u>Weekly:</u> Helping with the scheduling of workload for the upcoming week(s). Ownership / Oversight of value-stream mapping for respective work center(s).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity</strong></p><p>This role is structured as a temporary-to-hire opportunity through a staffing partner. Individuals selected for this position will begin their assignment through the agency, with the opportunity to transition into a regular Artisan role based on performance, business needs, and overall fit within the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own equipment readiness tracking and ensure all assets are properly documented, maintained, and ready for deployment</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized records across Excel and internal systems to ensure data is reliable and audit-ready</li><li>Coordinate daily shop priorities with supervisors and technicians to ensure work is completed on time and without gaps</li><li>Assign and track work tasks to drive timely and consistent execution across the shop</li><li>Ensure all maintenance, certification, and documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for audit</li><li>Own equipment data within D365/DynaRent, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and real-time visibility into readiness status</li><li>Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling of shop activities to ensure work is prioritized, aligned, and completed on time</li><li>Maintain structured, organized, and efficient equipment storage and staging areas</li><li>Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times</li><li>Identify and close gaps in process, tracking, and execution before they impact operations</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, accuracy, and consistency</li><li>Support scheduling adjustments based on equipment readiness, resource availability, and operational priorities</li></ul>",
