      "content": "\n<li>Certification, associate degree or bachelor's degree in engineering, Fluid Power Technology, or a related field is preferred&nbsp;</li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>3+ years of experience with hydraulic systems and/or fluid power components</strong></li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>Strong understanding of sectional valves and hydraulic circuit design</strong></li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings</li>\n<li>Experience working with OEMs or within a distribution environment is a plus&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience supporting sales teams or working in a customer-facing technical role is a plus</li>\n<li>Manufacturer-specific training or certifications (e.g., Parker, Danfoss, etc.) is a plus&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Hands-on troubleshooting or field service experience is a plus&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Proficient in general computer use and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)</li>\n<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license / some travel may be required&nbsp;</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
