Answers radio calls and responds to guest room and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards.<br />\r\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br />\r\n• Perform general repair and / or maintenance on the following including but not limited to:<br />\r\no Minor plumbing repairs or maintenance on faucets, lavatories, water closets, and valves<br />\r\no Replace flush valves and faucet seats or washers and shower valves or heads as required<br />\r\no Pull toilets and replace wax rings and grouting as required<br />\r\no Troubleshoot and repairs minor TV problems and telephone problems as required<br />\r\no Troubleshoot and repairs problems with electronic door locks and safes<br />\r\no Repair minor carpet tears and burns as required<br />\r\no Replace light bulbs and repairs minor lighting problems<br />\r\no Repair sliding glass doors and locks<br />\r\no Replace pulls and knobs and aligns drawers, repairs other minor problems on cabinets and furniture.<br />\r\no Clean and / or replaces air conditioning filters.<br />\r\no Repair minor problems with entrance and closet doors.<br />\r\n• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned<br />\r\n• Perform any other general building maintenance tasks as assigned<br />\r\n• Attend department meetings<br />\r\n• May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays<br />\r\n• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
