This person will report to the Director of Design Services and will support each of the Vanir geographic areas across the country for a variety of clients and project types primarily within the public sector.</p>\n<p>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. This position requires someone who is proactive and resourceful with a high level of responsiveness, and skilled in verbal, written and graphic communications. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work collaboratively with project management and support services teams (scheduling, estimating, and constructability review)</li>\n <li>Participates in preliminary design activities including but not limited to: master planning, predesign, concept design, prototypical design element development, project concept definition, needs assessments, planning and space programming, feasibility studies,  test fits, and facility condition assessment</li>\n <li>Participates in the production of programming design documentation, presentation creation, and construction documentation as required</li>\n <li>Creates written narratives, graphic exhibits, and renderings for presentations and reports</li>\n <li>Create and/or review BIM execution plans, BIM standards for various agencies, project set up, or drafting.
