We strive to be a preferred employer and will rely on you to act as a brand ambassador by embodying our company values and ID-ing those values in potential team members. </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering, Product and Design teams; you&apos;ll devise top-of-funnel strategy, drive searches and run point on offers and closing candidates.</p></li><li><p>Partner with the MyCase’s leadership team on talent strategy, contributing your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interviewing best practices, and effective recruiting processes to ensure we have a continuously growing team.</p></li><li><p>Design and implement recruiting programs for your teams that enhance our recruiting efforts: drive referrals, elevate interview training, and market MyCase in the talent market as an employer of choice. </p></li><li><p>Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity.</p></li><li><p>Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience to ensure all candidates leave our doors feeling inspired, supported and informed.</p></li><li><p>Provide direction and support to the recruiting team that works alongside you — we all work together to make magic! </p></li><li><p>Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers. </p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>Researcher: Proven track record sourcing, interviewing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors. Familiarity with the technology market and landscape.</p></li><li><p>Customer Focused: Customer-first mindset – highly responsive to customer needs (internal and external).</p></li><li><p>Influencer: Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.</p></li><li><p>Agile: Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Technically Savvy: Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies.</p></li><li><p>You are a Recruiter!: MyCase hires company builders and, in this role, you will be asked to be on the constant lookout for the best talent to bring onboard to help us continue building.</p></li></ul>",
