    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><em>Summary of Position:</em></strong></p><p>This position serves as Forms and Supply Inc&rsquo;s last contact with our customers on every order we ship via a company vehicle. Therefore it is our final opportunity to make sure each and every customer is satisfied with our customer service. The delivery driver is the company&rsquo;s last chance to make sure that the pick ticket corresponds with the material pulled for delivery to the customer. The critical nature of this position requires that these responsibilities be performed in an extremely professional manner and with strict attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p>All tasks related to the job will be accomplished in accordance with company business practices and in the professional manner required to maintain a solid business relationship with our valued customers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Specific Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><p>Delivery Task</p><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>match pick tickets to the material pulled for each and every order assigned to your specific truck;</li><li>prepare and take with you all material related to successful completion of daily deliveries&hellip; to include:</li></ol><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\">&uml;&nbsp;Maps and additional directions</p><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\">&uml;&nbsp;Handheld scanners;</p><ol start=\"100\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-roman;margin-left: 75.5px;\"><li>load truck so that deliveries are accessible in conjunction with delivery schedule while protecting product and vehicle from damage;</li></ol><p style=\"margin-left:67.5pt;\">(report any problems or inconsistencies immediately to the Ops Manager);</p><ol start=\"4\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;margin-left: 75.5px;\"><li>have each delivery ticket signed via palm by customer or authorized representative and ensure the signature is legible or the name is clear;</li><li>thank each customer for the order and ask if there is anything else we can do to help;</li><li>responsible for picking up material from assigned local vendors and returning proper paperwork to the branch office;</li><li>work with Operations Manager to properly maintain all delivery vehicles&hellip;to include:</li></ol><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\">&uml;keep vehicle clean from debris and trash inside the vehicle</p><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\">&uml;perform a daily DOT inspection of the vehicle</p><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\">&uml;properly complete appropriate forms, indicating any outstanding issues</p><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\">&uml;immediately notify Ops Manager of any outstanding issues;</p><ol start=\"8\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;margin-left: 75.5px;\"><li>fill assigned vehicle with gas at the most efficient time, using designated filling stations as much as possible;</li><li>pick up customer returns, verifying proper paperwork is included.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Warehouse Task &ndash; drivers will assist warehouse manager in all aspects of warehouse organization and cleanliness, as needed:</p><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>daily trash collection throughout warehouse&nbsp;</li><li>assist with pulling of orders for deliveries</li><li>perform any other task as assigned by warehouse or office manager</li><li>assist with loading returns onto skis/into boxes and properly wrapping, labeling and packaging the product to be returned to the Charlotte DC.</li></ol><p style=\"margin-left:85.5pt;\"><br></p><p>Computer Specifics - Proper use of hand-held computer devices, using them at each delivery.</p><p style=\"margin-left:67.5pt;\"><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:</em></strong></p><p>Normal hours are Monday through Friday 5:00am to 5:00pm, depending on the location. Flexibility is required.</p><p>Overtime will be on short notice</p><p>Good eyesight for matching products</p><p>Extensive customer contact</p><p>Lifting up to 75 pounds, consistently over the course of the day</p><p>Delivering cartons of paper, which weigh 52 pounds each, and can be sometimes delivered 10 boxes at a time, via a hand truck and/or palletjack.</p><p>Good mobility needed to get in and out of the truck, consistently over the course of the day</p><p>Extended periods of driving time</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Qualifications:</em></strong></p><p>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License&nbsp;</p><p>DOT certification</p><p>Knowledge of metro area</p><p>Good verbal communications</p></div>\n",
