Accessible only by air, the lodge combines authentic northern adventure with exceptional hospitality, creating a unique and rewarding work environment unlike anywhere else.</p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a hardworking, adaptable, and team-oriented Kitchen Helper / Line Cook to join our lodge operations team for the upcoming season.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Kitchen Support &amp; Dishwashing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout service</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and dishwashing areas</li>\n<li>Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties</li>\n<li>Support kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout the day</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Food Preparation &amp; Cooking Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with food prep and ingredient preparation</li>\n<li>Support line cooking and meal service as required</li>\n<li>Help cover kitchen operations on days when the Chef or Sous Chef are off rotation</li>\n<li>Assist with stocking coolers, freezers, and dry storage</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Waste &amp; Lodge Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle kitchen garbage, recycling, and kitchen slop waste safely and efficiently</li>\n<li>Receive and organize food and supply deliveries</li>\n<li>Support overall lodge operations during busy periods and guest turnovers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment</li>\n<li>Ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness standards</li>\n<li>Willingness to assist wherever needed to support lodge operations</li>\n<li>Previous kitchen, camp, restaurant, or hospitality experience is considered an asset</li>\n<li>Previous dishwashing, prep cook, or line cook experience is considered an asset</li>\n<li>Remote camp or northern experience is considered an asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Working Environment</span></p>\n<p>This is a remote fly-in lodge position in the Northwest Territories. Team members live and work on site for the duration of their scheduled rotation.
