    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Monitor the process and show an awareness of issues and demonstrate corrective actions to address those issues (troubleshooting, problem solving.)</li><li>Answer machine alarms as they occur and address the root cause.</li><li>Check and maintain quality of the product being produced by identifying acceptable and non-acceptable product in accordance with the Quality policy.</li><li>Pack, label, and palletize product correctly according to the Standard Work or Work Instruction Sheet.</li><li>Start-up and shutdown of injection molding machine including auxiliary equipment.</li><li>Perform mold changes in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish IMM processes and complete PCR inspections as required.</li><li>Adheres to safety policies and strives to maintain our outstanding safety record.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area and report any unsafe working conditions.</li><li>Follow all lock out/tag out rules.</li><li>Operate overhead crane safely.</li><li>Work independently from verbal and/or written instructions from Supervisor and Lead.</li><li>Keeps work area, tools, supplies and equipment clean and organized.</li><li>Read, use, and interpret measuring devices, gauges, and inspection tools.</li><li>Perform and document inspections per GMP for work instruction sheet, on device history sheet records, and work instruction sheet tables.</li><li>Provide training to new team members and cross training.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Job Functions:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Performs other job-related and department-related duties as assigned.</li><li>Communicate with Technicians, Maintenance, Quality Control and Warehouse Staff.</li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>None</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Basic computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Word.</li><li>Able to calculate basic math.</li><li>Able to follow basic verbal and written instructions.</li><li>Able to identify visual plastic product defects.</li><li>Basic knowledge of plastic processing and troubleshooting of thermoplastics.</li><li>Ability to repair and perform all necessary preventive maintenance on equipment.</li><li>Must be mechanically inclined with an ability to use basic hand tools.</li><li>Experience: At least 3 years&rsquo; experience in a technical hands-on position preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have excellent attendance record.</li><li>Ability to work safely and with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate and interact with all levels of personnel professionally.</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal directions and complete work independently.</li><li>Ability to adhere to workplace rules.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment/Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time.</li><li>Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to push and pull items.</li><li>Ability to climb up and down ladders.</li><li>Possibility of exposure to noise, uncontrolled temperatures, and chemicals.&nbsp;</li></ul>\n",
