Applicants may list the position(s) they are interested in applying on the application and only need to complete one application. Applications are reviewed by the Human Resources Department at the MANA Administrative Office and are shared with the clinic managers. Applications are kept in our database for managers to review for six (6) months.  <em>MANA is an equal opportunity employer.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accuracy in all work; Complete tasks on time and per any deadlines, label specimens with a high degree of accuracy, ensure proper tubes are used for each blood test ordered</li>\n <li>Verify the identity of every patient before collecting any samples</li>\n <li>identification and sample collection using paper orders in the event of an interruption in computer service</li>\n <li>Be aware of Medicare guidelines, send-out test requirements, and special tests; Explain Medicare ABNs to patients clearly and accurately</li>\n <li>Perform venipuncture and finger/heel stick procedures with a high degree of professionalism and concern for the patient, including a minimum of 2 sticks per encounter</li>\n <li>Collect nasal and throat swabs and blood cultures when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Phlebotomy Certification</li>\n <li>1+ years experience drawing blood</li>\n</ul>",
