    "description": "<p><strong><span>General Definition of Work</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Performs intermediate semiskilled work maintaining and cleaning Clubhouse and surrounding grounds, and related work as apparent or assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable an individual with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</span></em></p>\n<p><strong><span> </span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>Essential Functions</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Provides prompt courteous service to all patrons.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Cleans and washes golf carts.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Prepare food items for concession sales. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Ability to learn to operate point-of-sale (POS) system and collect payment of services.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Communicate course rules, regulations, and etiquette to golfers. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Control play on the driving range; clean up range balls daily.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Responsible for securing facility and equipment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><strong><span>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Knowledge of the principles, practice, rules, and etiquette of proper golf and golf course; knowledge or ability to learn food preparation and handling ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, other departments, supervisors, and the general public. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with the general public and other employees.</span></p>\n<p><strong><span> </span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>Education and Experience</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">High School diploma or GED required. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred. </span></p>\n<p><strong><span> </span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>Physical Requirements</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">This work requires the frequent exertion of up to 25 pounds of force; work regularly requires sitting and repetitive motions, frequently requires reaching with hands and arms and occasionally requires standing, walking, speaking or hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling and pushing or pulling; work requires close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus, depth perception, color perception and peripheral vision; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and conveying detailed or important instructions to others accurately, loudly or quickly; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels and to receive detailed information through oral communications and/or to make fine distinctions in sound; work regularly requires exposure to extreme heat (non-weather) and exposure to vibration, frequently requires exposure to wet, humid conditions (non-weather), exposure to fumes or airborne particles, exposure to outdoor weather conditions, exposure to extreme cold (non-weather), exposure to the risk of electrical shock and exposure to bloodborne pathogens and may be required to wear specialized personal protective equipment; work is generally in a very loud noise location (e.g. grounds maintenance, mowers).</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><strong><span> </span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>Special Requirements</span></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Valid driver's license in the State of Indiana.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">If over 21 years of age, obtain Alcohol Serving Permit.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Must be available and willing to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">Required to wear appropriate golf attire during shifts, including a collared shirt, khaki pants or shorts, and other golf-appropriate clothing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\"> </span></p>",
