This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of a full range of digital print equipment, including Ricoh 9210, 8220 and OCE Titan 6180, ensuring high quality output and efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced commercial printing environment.\n\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nRun all digital imaging devices effectively, including:\n\n• Programming the machine to effectively run the jobs presented\n\n• Load, unload, and clear jams on the machine to keep it operating\n\n• Place service calls when required, and accurately inform the technicians of any issues\n\n• Monitor job schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines\n\n• Accurately read and follow the specifications of a job ticket\n\n• Correctly setup and run equipment to complete jobs from start to finish\n\n• Perform maintenance on equipment and place service calls when needed\n\n• Perform quality control procedures\n\n• Manage daily job ticket entry\n\n• Effectively and professionally communicate with personnel from other departments\n\n• Multi task and deal effectively with competing priorities\n\n• Maintain a clean and organized work environment\n\n• Manage inventory of paper and consumables\n\n• Promote the Baesman Values: Can do Attitude, We Before Me, Go the Extra Mile, Embrace Growth and Change, and Do the Right Thing.\n\n• Other duties as assigned\n\n Requirements\n\n• High school diploma or GED\n\n• Minimum of 3 5 years full time experience in digital print (toner, inkjet, wide format inkjet)\n\n• Mechanically inclined/technical aptitude\n\n• Proficient in operating various digital equipment\n\n• Basic literacy and problem solving skills\n\n• Positive attitude and proactive approach\n\n• Attention to detail and multi tasking capabilities\n\n• Accurately see/determine color quality and accuracy\n\n• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly move/lift up to 50 lbs.\n\n Benefits\n\nFinancial wellness is about more than just your salary.
