You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history</li>\n <li>Develop and execute individual treatment plans</li>\n <li>Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties</li>\n <li>Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation</li>\n <li>crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions</li>\n <li> provision of other services related to wellness</li>\n <li>other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's</li>\n <li>LCSW (New York license)</li>\n <li>one to two years’ experience providing clinical services in the mental health field</li>\n <li>Bilingual English/Spanish a plus</li>\n <li>Hybrid</li>\n <li>Be able to provide specialized mental health care, often focusing on trauma, addiction and specialized therapies like EMDR or DBT</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary may reflet bonuses & incentives </p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Essen Health care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we seek candidates who desire to work in and serve an ethnically diverse population.</em></strong></p>",
