    "description": "<ol style=\"margin-bottom:12px;list-style-type:upper-alpha;\">\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:12px;margin-left:8px;\">\r\n\t<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Cleans parts needed for use in the solder room.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Changes acid as needed.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Operates drill presses or riveting machines to assist in assembly operation.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Applies Teflon tape to sprinklers as dictated by customer order.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Applies wax to sprinklers according to work order.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Loads bowl and/or stock feeders with component parts/coil stock.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Positions and clamps feed guides, as required.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Performs basic adjustments and set-ups on the machine.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Performs hand assembly of pip caps, as required.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Operates machine to crimp, form, punch and cut metal coil or metal blanks used in the production of valves and sprinklers.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Manually dips work pieces into chemical solution to remove impurities.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Places work pieces into fixtures or manually hold them together at designated point.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Positions tip of heated soldering iron and wire or bar of solder to joint until solder melts and seeps into joint.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Removes work piece when color indicates that solder has cooled and bonded work pieces together.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Sweater together work pieces coated with solder.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Performs necessary inspection according to Viking quality criteria.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Completes any necessary paperwork for quality assurance and production control.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Disassembles sprinklers for salvage of parts.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Identifies scrap and salvage and records such for inventory purposes.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Cleans production equipment for the next shift.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Performs other internal work to support other departments.</p>\r\n\r\n\t<p>&middot; Performs other duties as assigned.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n",
