This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulfide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources. We are also advancing permitting and development on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada. This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective land package. We recently acquired the Musselwhite Mine located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan, a gold mine with more than 25 years of operating history. The addition of Musselwhite has allowed  Orla to more than double our gold production and provide a strategic entry into a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction. font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Purpose:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the Certified Heavy Duty Mechanic will contribute to achieving the goals of the Maintenance Department ensuring that the team continue in fostering a safe and efficient work environment, minimize downtime and ensure optimum equipment effectiveness through proactive maintenance practices. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of heavy-duty mining equipment (e.g., haul trucks, loaders, </span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">bulldozers, graders, excavators, drills). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform preventative maintenance as per OEM and site maintenance schedules. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Rebuild and overhaul engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other major components. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Follow and enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations (including Ontario's OHSA and site-specific safety </span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">policies). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in daily safety meetings, hazard assessments, and incident reporting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lockout/tagout procedures and safe handling of tools, equipment, and fluids. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns in the field or underground. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct on-site diagnostics and make repairs under various working conditions (outdoor, underground, or remote settings). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize equipment availability and reliability. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide feedback and suggestions to improve maintenance practices and extend equipment life cycles.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Certified Journeyperson Mechanic.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an industrial setting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 55 lbs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Must have proficient computer skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work in an underground environment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
