We’re looking for a Lamination Technician to join our team and support the composite manufacturing process from start to finish.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications</li><li>Trim, assemble, and finish composite components</li><li>Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition</li><li>Document work per company guidelines</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE</li><li>Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready</li><li>Take direction from team leads and support overall production goals</li><li>Work collaboratively with your team to meet deadlines and quality standards</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li><li>Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Dependable, on-time, and consistent attendance</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Standing and walking for 8+ hours per day</li><li>Frequent bending, lifting, and twisting</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Exposure to a non-climate-controlled environment</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive weekly pay</li><li>Paid time off plus paid holidays</li><li>Great benefits: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, and more!</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>A people-focused workspace built on teamwork and innovation</li></ul><p>Please note: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.</p>",
