    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Mobile Air &amp; Power Rentals provides innovative cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions to customers nationwide. Our rental fleet includes portable air conditioners, chillers, heaters, and generators that support critical operations across a wide range of industries.</p><p>We are seeking <strong>Chiller Technicians at all levels (Entry Level, Technician, and Senior)</strong> to support the maintenance, testing, installation, and repair of our large-tonnage chiller and HVAC rental fleet. Responsibilities and expectations increase based on experience level.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><strong>All Levels:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Troubleshoot, maintain, test, and repair chiller and large-tonnage air conditioning equipment</li><li>Assist with refurbishment, reconditioning, and preparation of rental equipment</li><li>Perform equipment start-ups and pre-deployment testing</li><li>Complete service, testing, and repair documentation accurately</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements</li><li>Support depot, shop, and field operations as needed</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities by Level:</strong></p><p><strong>Entry Level Chiller Technician</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist senior technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and testing</li><li>Support fabrication and customization of rental equipment</li><li>Operate shop equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and saws with training and certification</li><li>Occasional travel to customer sites during peak seasons</li></ul><p><strong>Chiller Technician (Mid-Level)</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Independently diagnose and repair chiller and HVAC equipment</li><li>Support turnkey installations and job-site start-ups</li><li>Travel to customer sites for complex installations and service work</li><li>Identify and recommend process improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency</li></ul><p><strong>Senior Chiller Technician</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Serve as technical expert for chiller and large-tonnage HVAC equipment</li><li>Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs</li><li>Lead pre-deployment testing and quality assurance</li><li>Mentor and train junior technicians and service technicians</li><li>Support fleet upgrades, remote monitoring initiatives, and turnkey installations</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><p><strong>Education &amp; Certifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>HVAC or Refrigeration degree or technical certificate preferred for higher-level roles</li><li>Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification required</li></ul><p><strong>Experience (Varies by Level):</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Entry Level: 1&ndash;2+ years of HVAC or mechanical experience</li><li>Chiller Technician: 3&ndash;7+ years of HVAC experience with chiller exposure</li><li>Senior Chiller Technician: 5&ndash;7+ years of hands-on large-tonnage chiller experience</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems and HVAC best practices</li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; ERP or rental software preferred)</li><li>Forklift certification required; crane operation experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using safe lifting practices</li></ul><p><strong><u>Work Environment &amp; Schedule</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>This position may require travel, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holiday availability during peak seasons</li><li>Rotating or on-call schedules may apply depending on role and location</li></ul><p><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive hourly pay based on level and experience</li><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Paid time off (vacation, sick time, and holidays)</li><li>Training, career development, and advancement opportunities</li><li>Employee discount programs</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
