font-weight: bold;\">Pay Range:</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">  dependent upon experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> Citizens Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to work full-time or part-time at Prairie Senior, our Long Term Care facility, supervising and providing quality care to residents in a friendly home-like atmosphere, while allowing them to make choices. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Registered Nurses report to the Director of Nursing and are responsible for CNAs and NAs and supervision of all other staff when Administrator or their Department Leader are out of the facility.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Supervise and provide direct resident care to meet resident’s needs using the nursing process.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Utilize nursing assessment skills in evaluating needs of the resident, family, and employee.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Develop and implement individualized plans of care. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Evaluate resident care based on continuous needs assessments and reassessments.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Receive and record physician orders, and administer medications and treatments in a timely and safe manner.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Demonstrate accountability and accepts responsibility for a constant awareness of assigned residents’ overall condition.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Assist Director of Nursing with supervising all nursing service activities.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Develop and evaluate individualized resident teaching for residents, employees and/or family members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Promote positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates effective communication skills to solve problems, to carry out facility policies and procedures and coordinate resident care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Promote own professional growth and demonstrate professional conduct in regards to the department, professional relationships and the practice of nursing.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">What you bring to the table:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Current RN License </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Current C.P.R. certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Good knowledge of nursing theory and practices.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Thorough knowledge of principles, methods and techniques involved in performing general nursing services and adapting or modifying standard nursing practices for care of specific cases.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Ability to deal understandingly and tactfully in a professional manner with ill geriatric residents and their families.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Ability to maintain good working relationship with personnel in other departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Ability to provide direction in application of nursing process, quality improvement standard, organization and departmental goals and objectives, and the State Nurse Practice Act.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;
