font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and update the project schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Review purchase orders and subcontracts to understand and administer the scope</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with Superintendents to forecast labor needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct preconstruction meetings with appropriate subcontractors prior to their start in the field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the project is in accordance with safety standards, plans, schedule, and specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Update project schedules and prepare two-week look ahead schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58);
