From lending solutions to savings and retirement planning, you’ll be a trusted partner in their financial journey.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In this role, you’ll:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide one-on-one financial education and advice to members on day to day banking, loans, investments, and deposit products.</li>\n<li>Meet with members (in person or digitally) to understand their needs, gather financial data, and guide them toward the best solutions.</li>\n<li>Assess applications by analyzing creditworthiness, determining loan feasibility, setting credit limits, and approving or declining loans within your lending authority.</li>\n<li>Ensure all loan agreements are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies and guidelines.</li>\n<li>Promote and recommend deposit products such as term deposits, RRSPs, RESPs, RRIFs, and LIFs, or refer to our Financial Planning partners when appropriate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span><span> </span>Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span><span> </span>Previous experience in lending, financial services, or a member-focused advisory role.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Abilities:</span><span> </span>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships with members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why You’ll Love It Here:</span></p>\n<p>We believe our employees deserve the same outstanding care we give our members.
