From lending solutions to savings and retirement planning, you’ll be a trusted partner in their financial journey. In this role, you’ll: Provide one-on-one financial education and advice to members on day to day banking, loans, investments, and deposit products. Meet with members (in person or digitally) to understand their needs, gather financial data, and guide them toward the best solutions. Assess applications by analyzing creditworthiness, determining loan feasibility, setting credit limits, and approving or declining loans within your lending authority. Ensure all loan agreements are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies and guidelines. Promote and recommend deposit products such as term deposits, RRSPs, RESPs, RRIFs, and LIFs, or refer to our Financial Planning partners when appropriate. What You Bring Education:   Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience:   Previous experience in lending, financial services, or a member-focused advisory role. Skills & Abilities:   Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships with members.
