      "content": "<div><strong>In this role, the incumbent will issue recommendations and have influence on the system verification and validation of the Telesat LEO system</strong></div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>Work with various Vendors to support the Test Requirements, Test Plans, Test Results and RVTM reviews</li>\n<li>Work with the other segments to support the development of the internal Test Plans and verification methods.</li>\n<li>Support Over The Air (OTA) Test Planning and activities including the Test automation processes.</li>\n<li>Support System Acceptance Planning activities for the LEOP and IOT.</li>\n<li>Develop system and sub system verification matrices against system requirements</li>\n<li>Plays an active role in system design and test activities</li>\n<li>Configuring test equipment like Satellite Link Emulators, signal generator, spectrum analyzer etc.</li>\n<li>Ensure product under test meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements</li>\n<li>Keep the lab functional and update to date with known hardware and software configuration to execute various test scenarios as necessary</li>\n<li>Work with partners and other vendors in various test campaigns</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>B.Sc. in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in satellite communications or large scale telecom systems</li>\n<li>Develop verification matrices for datapath, routing, MPLS, and QoS requirements.</li>\n<li>Plan and execute system‑level tests covering: SR‑MPLS routing, Redundancy and fast reroute (feeder, OISL, satellite outages), QoS classification, policing, shaping, and drop precedence</li>\n<li>Serve as Networking SME supporting system, ground, and satellite teams.</li>\n<li>Validate MEF‑based services (E‑Line, E‑LAN, E‑Tree), OAM, and Service Activation Testing.</li>\n<li>Perform hands‑on traffic testing in the LEO Lab using traffic generators and network analyzers.</li>\n<li>Validate traffic engineering, load sharing, and congestion behavior.</li>\n<li>Define and execute LEOP, IOT, commissioning, and service activation test scenarios from a system perspective.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain operational testbeds simulating outages, degraded modes, and recovery workflows.</li>\n<li>Perform hands on testing in the LEO Lab for operational workflows, monitoring, alarms, and recovery.</li>\n<li>Validate FCAPS, telemetry, logging, anomaly detection, and root cause investigation capabilities.</li>\n<li>Support System Acceptance Planning for LEOP and IOT phases.</li>\n<li>Support lifecycle service orchestration and service performance monitoring</li>\n"
