          "text": "<p><b>Director of IT Service Management System Level.</b><br /> <br /><b> Director will have their own ITSM department to manage that interacts with all technical, </b><br /><b>functional, and service areas of ITS across the system. They would not have </b><br /><b>people at the various hospitals reporting in. This position reports to the CTO, </b><br /><b>who then reports to the CIO.   </b><strong><em>Candidates must have healthcare related experience</em></strong><b>.</b></p><p> </p><p><br />Director will be responsible for providing the vision and direct leadership for components of the IT Service Management program, including: change management, configuration management, release management, incident and problem management, as well as ongoing continuous service improvement programs.</p><p> </p><p><br /><br />Please review the below qualification requirements and duties, and if you are interested, explore the possibility of joining our team.</p><p><br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<br /><br />EDUCATION:<br />• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, or healthcare related discipline is required<br />• Master’s degree is preferred</p><p> </p><p><br />EXPERIENCE:<br />• At least ten (10) years experience in a complex business and information systems environment, preferably in healthcare, required<br />• At least five (5) of those years must have been in a managerial capacity; requirement</p><p> </p><p><br /><br />CERTIFICATIONS<br />• ITIL v3 certification required or must obtain within first 6 months of employment<br /><br />If you do not possess the above criteria specifically listed as required, then we are unable to consider you for this role at this time.</p><p> </p><p><br />SKILLS<br />• Applications architecture development and management<br />• Financial accounting<br />• Application development or deployment<br />• Focus on customer and client services with a commitment to satisfaction<br />• Ability to successfully interact with all professional and leadership levels throughout the organization</p><p><br />• Proven skills in working with vendors, end users, and contractors</p><p><br />• Strong planning, organizational development, critical thinking, decision making, and communication (verbal and written) skills<br /><br />This individual will work with cross-functional IT teams to design, develop, and integrate IT Processes and procedures utilizing best practices and industry standard frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, CMMI).</p><p> </p><p>They will ensure seamless execution by applying process improvement, change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment, and stakeholder analyses.
