    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst</strong> to join our team at <strong>Offutt Air Force Base (AFB)</strong>, supporting the <strong>55th Wing (55 WG)</strong>. The SIGINT Analyst will play a critical role in conducting <strong>Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis</strong>, providing actionable intelligence to support <strong>55 WG</strong> operational and strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in SIGINT collection, processing, and analysis, as well as the ability to integrate SIGINT data into multi-intelligence (Multi-INT) fusion efforts. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct <strong>Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis</strong> to support operational and strategic decision-making. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze and exploit SIGINT data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable intelligence. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Integrate SIGINT data with other intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to support <strong>Multi-INT Fusion</strong> and ISR operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct high-level SIGINT analysis SIGINT to produce serialized reports that meet national Intelligence Community standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain proficiency in SIGINT tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum experience of 9 years w/o a degree of 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 year with PhD</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>SIGINT collection</strong>, <strong>processing</strong>, and <strong>analysis</strong>. </li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>SIGINT analysis training course</strong> or specialized intelligence certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with SIGINT tools, databases, and software used in <strong>55 WG </strong>operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of SIGINT platforms, collection methods, and analytical tradecraft. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
