          "text": "<p>This is a hybrid role with 4 days required in the Westchester, IL office. Visits to our downtown Chicago office are expected once per month.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Responsible for the recruitment and selection processes within a defined area.</li><li>Support and advise hiring managers in respect of recruiting strategy and operational and tactical delivery.</li><li>Create and update job descriptions and job specifications in cooperation with hiring managers.</li><li>Publish job advertisements in appropriate media.</li><li>Pre-selection: Filtering of candidates' applications and resumes, conducting phone screening calls, and holding initial interviews.&#xa0;</li><li>Responsible for recruitment administration including communication with candidates, administration of applications, interview scheduling.</li><li>Conduct personal interviews with hiring managers to assess the candidate’s profile (mainly regarding soft skills, company fit, attitude, aptitudes, and experience).</li><li>Post-processing: Job offers including all necessary documentation and communication.</li><li>Provide HR Operations team with all required information regarding a new employee.</li><li>Onboarding of new employees (First Working Days).</li><li>Efficiently and effectively fill vacancies according to headcount plan.</li><li>Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.</li><li>Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.</li><li>Improve the company career website.</li><li>Responsible for HR-Marketing projects (e.g. participation in congresses for graduates, career fairs, information sessions, mock interviews, etc.).</li><li>Promote company’s reputation as \"best place to work\".</li><li>Support the business with an excellent recruitment service.</li><li>Be informed about the processes and projects within the HR department.</li><li>Maintain and further develop a professional, service-oriented, innovative, and friendly image of the HR department as well as of Brainlab internally and externally.</li><li>Salary Range 65-70k.</li><li>Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this job description alters your at-will employment status.
