Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an experienced <strong>HVAC Maintenance Manager </strong></p>\n<p>This position will work out of our Piscataway office,but will be required to work at our various Central-South Jersey properties as needed</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leading & technical training of maintenance associates across the portfolio for HVAC repairs</li>\n <li>Maintain staffing levels. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training. </li>\n <li>Repair and maintain all HVAC equipment with PM schedules. </li>\n <li>Diagnosing and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, repairs, and replacements as needed. </li>\n <li>Generate material list as miscellaneous material needed. Freon, recapture tanks, fittings Ect</li>\n <li>Maintain HVAC supplies for al sites as needed. Coils, TXV Valves, fan motors, Ect. </li>\n <li>Install various types of residential and commercial hvac equipment</li>\n <li>Obtain and maintain required certifications for self and HVAC team</li>\n <li>Attend continuing education classes related to HVAC</li>\n <li>Coordinates and oversees all HVAC Service Requests for Commercial & Residential</li>\n <li>Responsible for tracking & obtaining Warranty replacements, Credits, and Inventory management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>10-15 years residential / commercial service experience</li>\n <li>3-5 Years HVAC Management Experience</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li> EPA Type 2 certification. (NATE cert is a +)</li>\n <li>Proficient in proper refrigerant pipe installation, brazing and pressure testing for leaks.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of duct sizing and static pressure.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of Heat pump systems.</li>\n <li>Exceptional safety knowledge (OSHA 30 is a +)</li>\n <li>Capable of working independently and leading a team.</li>\n <li>Proficient in trouble shooting HVAC issues.
