Join us.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Handle routine needs that arise in the receiving area.</li>\n <li>Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.</li>\n <li>Perform maintenance in the receiving area to maintain a neat and organized distribution center.</li>\n <li>Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations.</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards.</li>\n <li>Use SAP scanners, tablets, and other devices as assigned to complete assignments.</li>\n <li>Continually meet production efficiency levels </li>\n <li>Maintain quality of work (Accuracy is key)</li>\n <li>Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must).</li>\n <li>Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy.</li>\n <li>Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.</li>\n <li>Be able to troubleshoot and correct problems that occur within your daily tasks.</li>\n <li>Assist with container unloaders as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform any other assignment/task given by any member of leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For </h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in an LTL/TL shipping environment. </li>\n <li>Basic understanding of reach operator roles within a warehouse distribution environment.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of the SAP warehouse management system.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication abilities, including speaking, writing, and active listening.</li>\n <li>Effective organization and time management skills, like prioritization, multitasking, and planning.</li>\n <li>Flexibility as priorities may change mid-task.</li>\n <li>Have a personable and positive attitude when dealing with co-workers and vendors.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple job tasks and responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision.</li>\n <li>Meticulous attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Maintain a high-level of professionalism and discretion.</li>\n <li>Ability to successfully pass PIT training and operating PIT (Reach Truck and Order Selector).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What We’ll Provide</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is based at Wilson Sporting Goods Co.’s Warehouse / DC located in the welcoming and growing community of Mt.
