          "text": "<p><strong>Vice President of Accounting</strong></p><p><strong>Berman Auto Group</strong> is seeking an experienced and driven <strong>Vice President of Accounting</strong> to work directly alongside the Chief Financial Officer in supporting the financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth of the Berman organization.</p><p>The <strong>VP of Accounting&#xa0;</strong>will serve as a key contributor in financial planning, reporting, operational analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization.</p><p><strong>Compensation:&#xa0;</strong>$125,000 – $175,000 annually (based on experience, credentials, and industry background)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong>&#xa0;3456 N. Kedzie Ave. Chicago, IL<br>\nThis is an in-person position. Remote candidates will not be considered.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Partner directly with the CFO on financial strategy, planning, and organizational growth initiatives</li><li>Assist in overseeing financial operations across the corporate automotive division</li><li>Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management</li><li>Monitor liquidity, working capital, and overall financial performance to optimize organizational resources</li><li>Analyze financial data and operational trends to support executive decision-making</li><li>Help develop and improve financial controls, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies</li><li>Collaborate with dealership leadership&#xa0;to drive accountability and performance</li></ul>",
