Safran Federal Systems is authorized to work on the full spectrum of U.S. Government classified and unclassified projects, in addition to supporting strategic partnerships for key defense PNT technologies.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How I will Contribute:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support mission-critical programs by ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment.</li>\n<li>Gain exposure to regulated industry standards (e.g., quality, compliance, and traceability requirements common in Defense and Aerospace).</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product Management teams to understand and contribute to the full product lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Develop expertise in ERP and CRM systems, planning, and supply chain coordination with opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the role: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.</li>\n<li>Entry-level candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.</li>\n<li>1-3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, manufacturing, or transferable fields preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>\n<li>Effective communication and collaboration skills, with professionalism in customer and cross-functional interactions.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP, CRM or similar systems experience preferred but not required.</li>\n<li>Positive, proactive mindset with interest in continuous improvement and process innovation.</li>\n<li>Experience in regulated or detail-oriented industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace, defense) is a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform standard office tasks, including prolonged computer use and movement within a workspace.</li>\n<li>Sound judgment, professionalism, and ability to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Interest in supply chain, operations, or project coordination, with opportunities for growth and advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Safran Federal Systems</span>:</p>\n<p>Safran Federal Systems has been awarded as a <a href=\"https://www.safranfederalsystems.com/media-and-news/safran-federal-systems-earns-prestigious-2025-usa-today-and-rochester-democrat-and-chronicle-top-workplaces-awards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Winner of the USA Today and Rochester Metro Area Top Workplaces 2025 Award</a>.<br> </p>\n<p>In 2022, Safran acquired Orolia, now Safran Trusted 4D, the world leader in Resilient PNT.
