    "description": "<p>We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DevOps Engineer</span><span> </span>to streamline, standardize, and continuously improve our full software delivery lifecycle — from code merge through automated testing, environment provisioning, and controlled production releases.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will act as a cross-cutting technical enabler within our Technology organization, collaborating closely with development teams, architects, and product owners to improve engineering efficiency, reliability, scalability, and time-to-market. This role directly contributes to a professional, future-proof software delivery setup across a heterogeneous technology landscape.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect, implement, and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines<br>covering build, test, packaging, environment provisioning, and production deployment</li>\n<li>Support multiple technology stacks within a shared delivery framework, including React, Angular, .NET Core, and C/C++</li>\n<li>Establish reusable pipeline templates and best practices adopted across teams and product lines</li>\n<li>Design and automate containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, aligned with production</li>\n<li>Define and enforce quality gates, promotion flows, and safe release strategies (versioning, rollback, controlled rollouts)</li>\n<li>Embed observability, monitoring, and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK</li>\n<li>Drive automation, remove manual steps, and continuously improve delivery speed and reliability</li>\n<li>Act as a technical advisor and mentor, aligning DevOps practices with real-world development workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technology Landscape</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CI/CD &amp; tooling: GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Bitbucket</li>\n<li>Platforms: Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps-oriented operations</li>\n<li>IaC &amp; security: Terraform, Trivy, SonarQube</li>\n<li>Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic / ELK</li>\n<li>Datastores &amp; messaging: RabbitMQ, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you need to be successful</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience owning CI/CD architecture and DevOps platforms</li>\n<li>Strong hands-on expertise with<br>Kubernetes, containerization, and automated delivery pipelines</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, tools, and technology stacks</li>\n<li>A strong focus on automation, reliability, scalability, and security</li>\n<li>Experience balancing standardization with real-world constraints and varying team maturity levels</li>\n<li>A proactive mindset with technical leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’ll hook you up with:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your well-being matters: you will get flextime and support for your personal needs</li>\n<li>We care about each other, joys and challenges alike.
