We’re looking for an enthusiastic Industrial Programmer to join our team in Evansville, IN! In this role, you’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects, helping bring custom electromechanical systems, control panels, robotics, vision systems, drives, and more to life.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an Industrial Programmer, you’ll work alongside a talented team of technicians, engineers, and project managers to take projects from concept to installation. This dynamic role includes both shop and field work, with occasional travel and overnight stays.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To be successful in this position, you should have a solid understanding of industrial controls, computers, and networking. A hands-on approach and the willingness to dive into both technical and practical tasks are key. Flexibility is important, as the job may require travel, overtime, and a flexible schedule to meet project deadlines.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) development </li>\n <li>Perform PLC and HMI programming (ex. RS Logix 500/5000, Studio 5000, etc.), commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting on machines, production lines, conveyor systems, etc.</li>\n <li>Support and pursue additional business opportunities with new and existing customers</li>\n <li>Integrate various instrumentation such as pressure sensors, load cells, flow meters, etc.</li>\n <li>Work safely in proximity to a variety of voltages such as 24VDC, 120VAC, 480VAC, single phase and 3-phase</li>\n <li>Interpret electrical drawings and documentation for custom machines, systems, and products</li>\n <li>Configure controls components such as VFDs, servo drives, machine vision systems, robot controllers, field IO racks, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Walk / use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or tools / reach with hands and arms / climb ladders and stairs / crawl / kneel </li>\n <li>Sit, talk, listen, observe, read, write, and type</li>\n <li>Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted</li>\n <li>Perform work on site in industrial locations with occasional underground and/or at heights</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years’ relevant programming work experience preferred</li>\n <li>Possess High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Preference given to applicants with relevant PLC/Programming training or certifications</li>\n <li>Experience with Rockwell PLC and HMI programming is required.
